CANCELLATION: All cancellations must be notified by registered letter. For cancellations arriving more than 45 days before the start date of the stay, only the deposit will be due by the tenant. COVID 19 - Reservations 2021: In view of the current health context, for all reservations for the 2021 season, the deposit for your stay will be refunded in the following cases: Administrative closure of our establishment, confinement, travel ban preventing access at our establishment. This reimbursement will be made within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of your written request. If your cancellation request is made within a period of less than 30 days from the date of the start of the stay, your deposit and / or balance will be transformed into a credit note in our establishment to be used within 18 months from the date of start of the stay initially planned. If this credit has not been used at the end of the 18 months, the amount of this credit will be lost and will remain acquired at La Clé des Champs.
