• 1st level:
The entrance leads to a spacious living/dining room, as well as a kitchen which opens onto a covered terrace of 80 m², ideal for your outdoor meals.
This level also includes a first bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a separate WC.

• 2nd level:
You will find 4 bedrooms, one of which has a private toilet. A shower room with WC

Heating and equipment:
The house is equipped with electric underfloor heating and a tiled stove.
You will also find a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry room.

• exterior and services:
The garden is furnished with garden furniture and games for children. A car park is also available to park your vehicle.
Swimming pool: the owner provides you with his heated above-ground swimming pool (7.10 x 3.60 m), open from June 1st to September 30th, from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. You will benefit from shared access, while respecting the owner's freedom of use.
