A house mixing the modern and the old, you will find space, light facing south, and lots of comfort.
The new cycle path passes in front of the owl gîte!
Take a stroll along the cliffs of Plouha, the beaches of Palu, Bonaparte beach, on the paths leading to the Gwin-Zégal pile.
The accommodation is approximately 91 m².
Your vacation rental includes:
• on the ground floor: a living room / kitchen, a club-style lounge, a separate toilet with washbasin, a small laundry / storage room
• upstairs, by stairs from the dining room: a landing leads to 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190, 2 single beds 80x200 which can be twinned to form a 160x200 bed - on request) and a bathroom (shower, basins and toilets)
• upstairs via the staircase on the living room side: a mezzanine bedroom (1 double bed 140x190) with open private bathroom (retro bathtub and sink).
5 TV in total in the gîte
In the courtyard, an outbuilding offers: a relaxation area, an infrared SAUNA for 2 people, a walk-in shower and a sink, a small relaxation lounge.
In the courtyard and under shelter: a 5-person SPA.
Enclosed land with 50 m² asphalted courtyard / terrace, 1 parking space for 1 vehicle, further up by a few steps: 100 m² enclosed garden with relaxation lounge and deckchairs.
Free lean-to ideal for bicycles.
Gite adjoining a secondary house, not very busy.
The periods: high seasons July / August, school periods, reservations are only made from Saturday to Saturday.
Possibility of short stay from 2 nights minimum.
A global deposit of 1400€uros is required on arrival.
