Gîte Touraine

Completely renovated in 2020, our cottage will offer you all the comforts for your stay.
Quietly located in a set of green space of 1500 m² fenced, with parking space. You can enjoy two terraces, garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue.

The interior offers a surface of 140 m², with a floor.
• on the ground floor, you will find a living room with a lounge area consisting of two sofas and two armchairs as well as a coffee table and a fitted kitchen. A bedroom, air-conditioned, consisting of two single beds of 90x200 which can be modulated into a double bed of 180x200. A shower room consisting of a double sink, an XL shower cabin, a towel dryer, a washing machine, a dryer and a toilet
• the first floor offers a set of 3 bedrooms where the beds are also modular (two of 90x200 or one of 180x200). One of the upstairs bedrooms is also air conditioned and has an additional 90x200 bed. The shower room consists of a basin, a shower cubicle, a heated towel rail and a toilet.

From the cottage you can go for beautiful hikes or mountain biking, in a countryside bordered by forest and hilly on one side or flat on the edge of Vienne.
Touraine will offer you a variety of visits with its many châteaux (Chinon, Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry, Langeais, Rigny-Ussé, Saumur…) but also gastronomy and a renowned wine appellation to discover.
Note that you will then be 45 minutes from the Bioparc de Doué-la-Fontaine zoo and 1 hour from Futuroscope ...
You will also be less than 10 minutes from Chinon, a magnificent medieval city, where you will find all the shops, restaurants and activities (canoeing, tree climbing, etc.)

Animals are accepted, suddenly all the conditions are met for a pleasant stay.
