Renovated over 10 years, Fabrice and Claudine wanted to make this family farm a simple and friendly place for your future vacations.
TI GLAS, our first gîte, which has just been partially renovated in 2024, with predominantly blue and white tones, to remind you that the sea is not far away...
Rather west-facing, it is the evening sun that will flood your terrace for the end-of-day aperitif.
From here you will always have an eye on your children busy on the swings or playground.
On the ground floor, on the right is the kitchen area with the dining table and on the left is the living room area.
The room is very bright with its original openings.
A shower room with sink and WC also on this level.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms overlooking the garden and a WC.
Both beds are equipped with a mattress protector, bolster, pillows, and blanket. Sheets are not provided.
Here, you can relax in a peaceful, green space after visiting the region's many tourist sites: Saint-Malo, Cancale, Mont-Saint-Michel, etc.
Your children will be delighted to play table football or ping-pong in the old stable, while you enjoy your south-facing terrace.

"Gite indépendant au sein d'1 longère"
Gîte très bien situé entre Mont St Michel et Cancale, Dinard, Dinan etc. Intérieur parfait, cour, extérieur également. Accueil et conseils du propriétaire aussi. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Le logement conforme à la description mais accueil rapide et froid et très strict des horaires dommage

Nous sommes désolés si notre accueil vous a paru froid; Nous étions peut-être fatigués en fin de saison et avec le nombre d’entrées ce jour là. Cela ne nous ressemble pas car les touristes mettent souvent ce point d’accueil en avant.
Nous veillerons à l’avenir à ne pas relâcher en fin de saison de façon à ce que les touristes gardent un bon souvenir de leur séjour aux gîtes. C’est notre priorité…

"Agréable séjour à La Fresnais"
Nous avons passé une jolie semaine au gîte Ti Melen. Très bon accueil. Logement propre et pratique, bien décoré. Très belle région. On recommande !
