The tourist tax displayed must be added to the price of the requested stay.
The supply of water, electricity and heating is included in the rental price. However, daily consumption deemed excessive will be billed additionally (beyond 150l of water / person / day and 9 kw/h / person / day.)
A cleaning fee may apply at the end of the stay, if the tenant has not chosen to clean the premises himself or if an inventory after the tenant's departure indicates that the cleaning was insufficient.
In this case, the cleaning package amounting to 60 euros includes cleaning of the entire accommodation and household linen. Fixed price of 90 euros in case of animals.
A 15kg bag of pellets is in the stove reserve and the 30kg reserve is filled before your arrival. They will not be renewed for stays of less than 7 nights. For stays of more than 7 nights, 45 kg of pellets will be provided again per period of 7 nights.
* If you would like additional bags to use the stove during your stay, bags of Crepito Premium pellets are available for purchase from the owner at the price of 6.30 euros per 15kg bag (cost price 2024).

"Parfait"
Le logement est très propre, très joli, très pratique et bien équipé pour tout le monde. Idéal pour un séjour en famille (avec nos deux enfants et nos deux chiens), proche de tout en voiture, un petit jardin privé clos très appréciable ! Environnement très calme avec beaucoup de charme. Les hôtes sont charmants, très discrets mais disponibles en cas de besoin. Beaucoup de depliants sur les activités aux alentours, les bonnes adresses, les chemins de promenade. Tout est prévu pour faciliter le séjour, nous étions ravis, nous reviendrons !

Gîte bien agencé et décoré avec goût.
De nombreux équipements sont disponibles sur place de telle manière que vous ne manquiez de rien.
Le jardin entièrement clos permet d'y séjourner avec un chien.
Nous avons été gâtés, à notre arrivée, de petites douceurs locales.
Odile est très disponible et accueillante. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir dans ce gîte qui est une véritable petite pépite !
