At Gite Pola/Téoulès Cottage you will find yourself centered in a hidden part of France; a picturesque landscape of single-track lanes winding past vineyards, orchards and sunflower fields to beautiful old Bastide villages.
You will be living in a tastefully renovated 400 year-old farm cottage in this lovely, quiet, virtually undiscovered area of Aquitaine where, some 100 kms south-east of Bordeaux, two of France's principle rivers meet, so giving our "Département" its name - Le Lot-et-Garonne.
The area surrounding Téoulés Cottage is known locally as "Le Pays de Confluence" and is an area of history and discovery.
There is a surprise around almost every corner, over every hill. For example, did you know that Monet found and bought his famous water-lilies here in the Lot-et-Garonne? The nursery where he bought them and had them shipped to Giverny still exists and is just a 'stone's throw' away.

Take the A62 autoroute signed to Agen/Toulouse, leaving at Jct 6 (Aiguillon). After the toll booth turn right towards Aiguillon on the D8. Stay on this passing a turning to Aiguillon (you can always explore Aiguillon later) until the T junction on to the D813. Turn left on to the D813 and after about 2 kms take the right slip road D666 signed to Villeneuve-Sur-Lot. After about 6 kms you pass the commune sign for Bourran. Turn right at the Bureau de Poste (signed to Prayssas)
Then see "Final Local Directions" below :
From Toulouse... (time to Téoulés apx 90 mins)

From Bergerac take the RN21 south to Villeneuve. Then head west on to the D911 signed to Bordeaux/Aiguillon/Tonneins. Stay on this road for about 12 kms to Le Temple-sur-Lot where the same road becomes the D666. Stay on this for a further 10 kms, straight on at the roundabout into Bourran. Turn left at the Bureau de Poste (signed to Prayssas)

From Villeneueve-sur-Lot... (time to Téoulés apx 25 mins)
Head west on to the D911 signed to Bordeaux/Aiguillon/Tonneins. Stay on this road for about 12 kms to Le Temple-sur-Lot where the same road becomes the D666. Stay on this for a further 10 kms, straight on at the roundabout into Bourran. Turn left at the Bureau de Poste (signed to Prayssas)

Final Local Directions from Bourran to Teoules
After taking the Prayssas turning in Bourran follow on for about 1.5 km into Colleignes, then take the left turn signed to Prayssas, up a short slope until, after about 2 kms, you reach the 'Téoulés' sign. Continue past a large white farmhouse on the left (our home) which has a large Parasol Pine tree in front, then past a small white bungalow. Immediately after the bungalow, you will see two gravel driveways. The right hand driveway bears the sign for Teoules Cottage: Gite Pola. Drive in here up to the top and loudly sound your car horn and we will come running out to greet you... welcome to your holiday home.

Hôtes charmants et très attentionnés.
Gîte impeccable. Tous les accessoires dont nous aurions pu avoir besoin étaient présents au-delà de nos attentes.
Beau jardin, piscine, spa, sauna, promenades.
Le Wi-Fi sera très prochainement remis à niveau.

"parenthese enchantee" dans ce petit gite absolument parfait ; ou rien ne manque ; logement tres fonctionnel et d'une proprete exemplaire; decore avec beaucoup de gout (felicitation pola) sans oublier les exterieurs bien entretenus par tom !

Accueil très attentionné - Environnement spacieux et apaisant - Logement impeccable et bien équipé, confortable et frais même par forte chaleur bien qu'assez sombre et humide - Services complémentaires (piscine, sauna, Spa) appréciables.

"Helemaal fantastisch"
Wat hebben wij het super gehad bij Gite Pola. Heerlijk zwembad, spa (met bubbels en jetstream), sauna en een super mooie BBQ. Het huis is echt van alle gemakken voorzien. En daarnaast alles super schoon. De gite ligt ook heerlijk rustig, je kan helemaal tot rust komen. En niet te vergeten twee onwijs leuke honden! De jongste Cara kwam iedere dag even een knuffel halen en kijken of alles goed was met ons😍. Het is absoluut een aanrader en wij komen zeker nog een keertje terug.

"Superbe"
Les mots me manquent pour dire tout le bien de ce magnifique gîte ou nous avons passes 3 semaines et que tiennent Tom et Paula des personnes adorables qui nous ont accueilli tellement gentiment. Soucieux de votre bien être , généreux, respectant votre intimité. le gite est superbe, très luxueux nous avons adoré ce calme et ses petits oiseaux, le petit écureuil et tout le reste.
