Located in a site classified for its remarkable landscapes, in the heart of the PNR in Ariège, 80 km from Toulouse, the Caville gîte is an old stone house, completely renovated and endowed with an exceptional view of the Pyrenees chain.
Its capacity is 14 to 15 people, 5 bedrooms are equipped with 2 90x200 cm beds that can be separated or put together (180 double bed with mattress) and a 6th bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 trundle bed. A large living room of 80 m² opens with a large bay window overlooking the Pyrenees. A closed fireplace brings a warm atmosphere.
The 35 m² kitchen combines the charm of yesteryear and modern comfort, followed by a laundry room.
Depending on the season, you can stroll in the 10,000 m² park, take advantage of the orchard, walk in the surrounding woods or relax on the benches and deckchairs at your disposal.
The swimming pool, heated and equipped with counter-current swimming, is located on the floor of the adjoining barn, like an eagle's nest.
