"Under the two trees" is a charming cottage in a renovated farmhouse.
You can spend your holidays there with family or friends, in complete privacy, and in peace, to fully enjoy nature and the traditions of Aveyron.

You will be accommodated in a large independent house, tastefully decorated, for 12 people (5 bedrooms).
Animals are accepted on request and prior agreement.

On the ground floor, the house has a spacious hall, a living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, a bedroom for 2 people, a bathroom and a WC.

On the first floor there is a large bathroom with WC and 4 bedrooms:
• 1 large bedrooms for 2 people with possibility for a third person
• 2 bedrooms for 2 people
• 1 large bedrooms for 3 people

The house is very comfortable and friendly.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishes, tea towels ...) with an electric oven, a hob and a microwave, complete with 2 coffee makers (espresso and filter), a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a combined fridge-freezer in the pantry.
There is a recent television in the living room, as well as free internet access (WiFi) throughout the cottage.
The house has central heating (wood) and also a wood stove in the living room.

Around the house, you will enjoy nature and tranquility.
The garden is planted with trees, with many places to enjoy the shade or the sun.
Opposite the house is the orchard and the seasonal vegetable garden.
Beautiful tables placed under the trees will allow you to eat in the shade in summer.

In front of the house, you will find a pleasant courtyard, calling for a Zen atmosphere.
At the back, you will be amazed by a magnificent panorama of the surrounding hills and valleys, which you can admire from the small lounge under a gazebo. There is also a large above ground swimming pool, table tennis, table football and board games.
