Facing east with a very bright terrace, the Sequoia cottage combines practicality and comfort: Double bedroom, kitchen area with hotplates, microwave oven, fridge, bathroom with shower, separate WC, all in wood.
Warm atmosphere guaranteed on the large terrace; Quiet and overlooking the garden of the property, it is also completely independent; Terrace, garden and private parking
Decreasing price over several weeks
Between the vineyards of Graves and Pessac Léognan, and on the edge of Entre-Deux-Mers, it is a strategic base for exploring the region: the wine route, Saint-Émilion, the Bassin d'Arcachon and Cap Ferret, the beaches of the Ocean and the magnificent city of Bordeaux, reachable in a few minutes by train or car.

"Écrin de verdure"
Très joli gîte en bois (conçu et élaboré par l’hôte lui même, ancien Compagnon du Devoir et ébéniste), au milieu d’un magnifique jardin au calme. Chats très gentils , ambiance sympathique et hôtesse également. À l’honneur, le travail du bois, omniprésent dans cet environnement et la Nature. Très beaux arbres, plantes aromatiques et fleurs superbes agrémentent ce gîte rural peu onéreux (par rapport aux autres gîtes du même secteur).
