In the center of Southern Burgundy, this pretty 19th century house in typical stones is located in a charming little hamlet nestled in the heart of a natural and preserved rural setting, and 50 meters from a river "La Guye".

About 10 km from the superb medieval towns of Saint Gengoux-le-National and Mont Saint Vincent, 11 km from the greenway, 6 km from EuroVélo, and about 30 minutes from Tournus, Cluny, Charolles & Chalon Saône, Beaune (45 min) and Mâcon (50 min), the Climats du Vignoble de Bourgogne listed as UNESCO World Heritage (60 min).
