Rural gîte for 8 people in a family house next to a dairy farm, in a quiet location near Guingamp and ideally located 500 m from the N12 to reach St Brieuc, Rennes, Morlaix or Brest, from the D767 to go to the Granit Rose coast and Lannion and the D7 to go towards Pontrieux, Tréguier and Paimpol.

An exterior with garden furniture: a large courtyard for cars and a large garden.

On the ground floor of the house: an entrance, a large kitchen, a large independent living room and a laundry area with WC.
On the first floor: 3 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, one with a 90 cm bed, a third with a 140 cm bed, the only shower room in the house and a separate toilet.
On the second floor: 2 bedrooms, one with a 90 cm bed, one with a 140 cm bed and a separate toilet/sink
