Termination conditions: Any termination of this contract must be sent to the owner by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, the date of receipt being taken as proof.
a) Termination at the initiative of the tenant In the event of cancellation by the tenant before arrival at the premises, and in the absence of cancellation insurance taken out: - the deposit remains with the owner, and the balance of the amount of the stay is fully due by the tenant - the full amount of the stay paid online remains with the owner
b) Termination at the owner's initiative In the event of cancellation by the owner, the latter pays the tenant all of the sums paid online. The tenant may claim damages or compensation for moral damage and financial damage suffered.
c) In the event of termination during the contract When the termination of the contract by the owner occurs during the duration of the rental, it must be duly justified (non-payment of the rent, check without funds issued by the tenant, proven deterioration of the premises tenants, neighborhood complaints, etc.). This termination, which occurs by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, entails the departure of the tenant within two days of the date of receipt of the letter notifying him of this decision. In this case, whatever the reason for the termination, the full amount of the rent remains with the owner. The owner reserves the right to retain the amount of the security deposit under the conditions specified in the “security deposit” paragraph.

"Comme chez soi"
Jolie maison bien équipée. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir bien. La piscine, en plus du jeux de fléchettes, du baby-foot et de la table de ping-pong, rendent l’endroit idéal avec les enfants.
Mireille et Jean-Claude se sont rendus disponibles pour nos questions et ont été bien accueillants.

"2 Wochen perfekter Urlaub"
Wir haben im April zwei Wochen im Gite Rouge verbracht und waren restlos begeistert. Es hat alles gepasst, die Lage, das Haus mit seiner kompletten, wunderschönen Einrichtung, der Pool, der eigene Bouleplatz und vieles mehr.
Mireille und Jean-Claude sind sehr herzliche und sehr großzügige Gastgeber. Jean-Claude hat uns im Vorfeld sehr geholfen mit seinen Berichten zur Streiklage, da wir Bedenken hatten, ob wir wegen der Streiks einen ungestörten Urlaub verbringen können. Er hat uns sogar die Wohnung freigehalten, obwohl wir uns nicht im Voraus festlegen wollten.
Einen großen Dank an Mireille und Jean-Claude!
Mireille und Jean-Claude sind sehr herzliche und sehr großzügige Gastgeber. "Parfait séjour !"
Nous avons passé 15 jours de rêve dans ce gîte avec nos enfants de 17 et 20 ans. L'endroit est idéalement placé pour visiter cette région magnifique. Le gîte est grand et surtout impeccable. La piscine privative est le point fort. L'accueil très chaleureux de nos hôtes et la disponibilité toute en discrétion de Jean Claude ont fini de nous convaincre : de vraies vacances ! Encore merci à vous Mireille et Jean Claude.

"Un séjour parfait"
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mireille et jean Claude qui sont aux petits soins pour répondre à nos attentes. Le gîte est spacieux et dispose de tout le matériel utile. Tout est bien organisé pour des vacances sereines qu’il s’agisse du confort, de la literie , de la fourniture de draps ou serviettes si vous souhaitez et de la piscine. Nous avons aussi des conseils touristiques et pratiques (boulangeries boutiques resto). C’est vraiment une adresse agréable aussi car nous avons pu rayonner vers de nombreux sites.

Gîte très propre, bien aménagé et équipé.
Piscine de rêve, ping-pong et baby foot sous l'auvent.
Hugo 4 ans est devenu accro au baby.
