Hiking trailsOur cottages, in the heart of the Cotentin, near the landing beaches are fully equipped for holidays in complete independence. They are tastefully decorated and furnished.
Each cottage has a kitchen, a lounge and dining area, as well as an attic bathroom with shower and WC.
The ROOSEVELT gîte is accessible on one level with a small terrace opening onto the garden.
You will find on the ground floor, a living room with kitchen and lounge area with TV.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, an attic bathroom with shower and WC.
A communal laundry room is at your disposal with an iron and ironing board, a dryer and a washing machine (€5 per use).
An ideal starting point for visiting the landing beaches in Normandy.
We have three lodges for rent, each named after a famous person associated with the 4th US Infantry Division: Roosevelt (4 people), Hemingway (2 people) and Barton (6 people).

"Gîte agréable très bien situé"
Nous avons séjourné dans le gîte pour 4 personnes : il est pratique, propre, et a plu à toute la famille. La terrasse est parfaite pour le PD, le grand jardin permet à chacun de s'occuper sans se gêner. Le coin et la région sont tout simplement magnifiques. Les propriétaires sont présents si besoin et discrets le reste du temps. Nous reviendrons pour une fête de famille après le covid, car les gîtes peuvent accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes sans compter les bébés et les jeunes sous les tentes !
