Located 6 km from a protected beach on the Mediterranean, 15 minutes from Montpellier, Palavas, Sète, near Balaruc-les-Bains, the exhibition center and the Arena. Between sea and ponds, vineyards and scrubland, an exceptional location and environment for "L'Enclos" in Mireval, a set of charming and comfortable Gîtes.

The Safran gîte, renovated in 2015, is located on the first floor of the enclosure.

Its windows overlook the park and the lime trees in the garden: lots of light coupled with freshness in summer.

It is composed as follows:
– A small entrance
– A living room with open-plan kitchen/dining room/living room with a 140 cm sofa bed equipped with a Bultex mattress.
– A large bedroom with 2 90 cm beds that can be transformed into 1 180 cm bed and an office area.
– A bathroom with vanity unit, shower and WC.

The equipment is neat and particularly complete: fridge with compartment, freezer, 4-burner electric cooker and oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, electric coffee maker, pressure cooker... Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, column ventilation, large flat screen, DVD player, electric heating… Reversible air conditioning and efficient Wi-Fi Internet access.
