Gîte Riparia, familial, proche de Saint-Émilion

The cottage of 95 m² is classified 3 stars. It has a capacity of 7 people, divided into 2 bedrooms with double beds and one single, as well as a 160 “BZ” sofa in the living room. You can stay connected thanks to WiFi.

The living room is large (33 m²) and bright, with a view of the entrance gate and the vines. It allows several spaces:
- a sofa-TV area
- a large table for meals (or whatever you want for that matter)
- a library area with, in addition to books, board games for children & adults and tourist documentation (that's important!)
- a sofa that can be folded and unfolded at will, comfortable and in 160 (yes ladies & gentlemen!) which will allow you to make yourself comfortable to sleep / read / play / whatever you want / or simply to sleep there the night. Yes.
Equipped with bedside tables and lamps, you will be well there.

The kitchen has all the equipment to cook & prepare breakfast: fridge, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
And oh joy, a dishwasher, because we have other things to do during the holidays than to wash the dishes by hand.
There are also a whole bunch of accessories for children & babies: high chair, bottle warmer & baby food, plastic plates & glasses, cutlery ...

The family room is very large, so we put plenty of beds:
A double bed in 140 and a single bed in 90.
A cupboard will allow you to store your small things & your suitcases. Unless you take all your wardrobe and there is nothing we can do for you. Apart from lending you a clothes rack.

Adjoining the bedroom, a small bathroom (orange! Wah it wakes!) With shower and sink.

The yellow bedroom is equipped with a 160 bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables & lamps. Nothing very original. But she is pretty.

The bathroom is on two levels. Upon entering a spacious worktop has 2 sinks and mirrors.
Three steps lead to the toilet and the bathtub.
What to look after his hygiene what. To help you with this you will find a non-slip mat and a hairdryer (no, that has nothing to do with it except that they are both in the bathroom).

To wash your clothes, there is a washing machine and to dry it a large drying rack in the garden as well as a small indoor one in case of rain (but that never happens ...) If you want to be impeccable even in holidays, you can also iron it.
For the little ones, a small bathtub, a bath ring (for the large bathtub), a bath deckchair, a toilet reducer and a pot.

To eat, drink an aperitif or write postcards in your garden, a terrace with garden furniture & barbecue.

All household and bathroom linen is provided: tea towels & hand towels, sheets, duvets, bath towels, hand towels & gloves, baby bath cape, children's bathrobe in 1 year (big saving of space in the trunk, less bags to pack ...)

For your toddlers, a large baby equipment is at your disposal: travel cot, changing mat, potty & toilet reducer, baby bath, bathing chair, swim ring, high chair, plastic crockery (plates, glasses & cutlery), bottle warmer, toys. (same argument for bags less than for laundry!)

The cottage is adjoining the home of your hosts, for this reason animals are not accepted. No, do not close this page! Joint ownership may seem restrictive but it is full of advantages (for you) (although for us too).

Parking inside the property.
Arrival on the day of your choice, no obligation to rent from Saturday to Saturday!
