CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
Any cancellation must be notified by letter sent to Rêve de Loire 25 rue de Meuves 41150 ONZAIN or by email
- if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be fully refunded
- if the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the start of the stay, the deposit remains acquired by the owner
- if the customer does not show up before 8 p.m. on the scheduled start date of the stay, this contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of his/her gîte. The deposit remains acquired by the owner
- in the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the total cost of accommodation remains entirely acquired by the owner
- in the event of the client being contaminated with COVID-19, and therefore unable to come to the gîte, the deposit will be refunded upon presentation of proof (medical, social security)
CANCELLATION BY OWNER
When before the start of the stay, more than 14 days before the arrival of the client, the owner cancels the stay, he must inform his client by email or failing that by telephone. The client, without prejudice to any recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, will be immediately reimbursed for any sums already paid.
If this cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the customer's arrival, the customer will also receive compensation at least equal to the penalty that he would have incurred if the cancellation had occurred on his part on this date.
