The cottage is housed in an old farmhouse from 1820, carefully renovated. It is located in the countryside, at the end of a small hamlet, with breathtaking views of the surroundings.

The house has three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with a double bed. Upstairs there is a children's bedroom with bunk beds and a large bedroom with a large (Kingsize) double bed, its own sink and direct access to the WC.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a traditional oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a hob, a kettle, a coffee maker, ...
The bathroom has a bath, sink and separate Italian shower.
The comfortable lounge area has a wood-burning stove and patio doors to the outside. There is also a pleasant living room with a dining table and armchairs around a large fireplace.
The ground floor toilet is located in the hall.
In the large garden there is a beautiful orchard with different fruit trees. There is also a small pond and a swimming pool with a terrace. It also has a summer kitchen with sink, barbecue and plancha.

The owner grows grapes and kiwis, and he will be happy to tell you about his profession around a tasting of his own Pineau de Charente.
