We are 15 minutes from Saint-Émilion, 45 minutes from Bordeaux, the Arcachon basin at 1h30.
We have a closed parking with automatic gate.
To satiate you, you will have an 8 à Huit and bakeries on Rauzan, an excellent butcher too!
For longer runs you can go to Sauveterre-de-Guyenne or Branne (14 km and 9 km)
We will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

"Visite mai 2025"
Idéalement situé pour visiter la région, ce gîte est particulièrement bien équipé. Il est spacieux, les chambres sont jolies. C'est un véritable havre de paix. La piscine est incroyable ! Pierre-Yves est aux petits soins et veille à chaque détail.

"Un super gîte"
Bonjour j'ai séjourné pendant 2 semaines à lilot vigne un accueil chaleureux avec des propriétaires très très professionnels et très accueillant et très gentils un très bel endroit dans un magnifique gîte au calme et très bien entretenu j'y suis allé dans le cadre de mon travail en déplacement j'y retournerai en famille

Une belle expérience en ce mois de septembre, nous sommes heureux d avoir pu être accueilli avec autant de bienveillance.
Le confort des lieux est impeccable notamment concernant la literie, les climatisations ainsi que les décorations.
Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et son format de buffet est très appréciable.

"Merveilleux séjour de 2 nuits!"
We had a wonderful stay in this magnificent cottage: A calm and very wooded environment with a relaxation area around the swimming pool very appreciated by young and old. The rooms are spacious and all more beautiful than the others with their private bathroom. A real plus: the copious and varied breakfast!

very nice cottage with careful decoration, spacious, functional, suitable for groups (19 including 10 children without worries and still room). very quiet. Easy access for visits. completely independent for us (no meals included)

"Super séjour"
We had a very good stay at 19. We had booked the 2 gîtes with all 2 good services: all the rooms in the gîtes have a bathroom and toilet, the swimming pool is well positioned in relation to the accommodation with enough deckchairs and a comfortable and pleasant little lounge with parasols, the exterior is superb.

I celebrated my 70th birthday with my family of 12 people, in this magnificent residence near St Emilion for 3 days. We were welcomed by Pierre-Yves, a discreet but always available owner to ensure our stay went as well as possible. Each room is equipped with a spacious bathroom and toilet. We are extremely satisfied with our stay and we plan to come back

After a day of cycling in the heat, we needed rest and freshness.
At ''l'ilôt-vignes'' we found what we were looking for and more: the kindness and welcome of our hosts set the tone for what was a very nice evening.
Each of us (9 people) appreciated the comfort of the spacious rooms in this beautifully decorated house as well as the quality of the cuisine which delighted us.
Back in our respective regions, we still talk about it with the firm intention of returning to this address which has a good place in our address book.
