With use of two swimming pools and a covered outdoor area with boules, darts and garden furniture for 26 people to allow you to dine together.
Located on the D148 between Fontenay le Comte and Niort, near the A83 motorway.
Our location is perfect, 15 minutes from Xanton-Chassenon beach with slides, lifeguard, shallow area, diving pontoon, bar with snacks and drinks, picnic area and playground. Close to the Marais Poitevin (or Venise Verte, a network of canals reclaimed from the sea) and 20 minutes from the Mervent forest, both ideal for walks, bike rides and boat trips. In the surrounding area you will find historic buildings, castles, abbeys and many picturesque villages.
The coast, beaches and islands of southern Vendée and Charente Maritime, as well as La Rochelle, are an hour's drive away. The Vendée is renowned for its mild and sunny climate.
We have owned the property since 2005. Over the years we have fitted out the cottage farm annex and the cottage barn and improved the buildings and gardens.

If you wish to rent towels, you must request them in advance.

Accommodations must be returned in the same condition as they were found. If you do not wish to carry out end-of-stay cleaning, you can pay for this service at the price of €130 for the Barn and €160 for the Mas.
