Built in the middle of a calm and relaxing countryside, this building, all in stone and exposed beams, consists of a fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, etc.), a living room with TV and satellite, a large terrace and a 5 bedrooms, each equipped with a bathroom with WC.
You can swim in Larche (5 km) as well as in the Lac du Causse (10 km) and visit Sarlat, Brive-la-Gaillarde, Terrasson, Les Eyzies, the caves of Lascaux, Padirac, the valleys of the Dordogne and the Vézère as well as the thousand and one legendary castles of Périgord!

"Calme et spacieux."
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Gîte très fonctionnel pour un groupe. Endroit très calme. Situation géographique parfait pour visiter la région. M et Mme Fraysse sont charmant et surtout très serviable. Ils n'ont pas hésité à faire des km pour nous rendre service à cause d'une panne de voiture. A recommander sans hésitation !.

"Tranquilité et confort"
Avons passé une excellente semaine à Chavagnac. Gite spacieux, sdb, WC et clim dans toutes les chambres, plusieurs lits bébés. Cuisine fonctionnelle, complète , que ce soit vaisselle ou ustensiles. Belle terrasse avec tonnelle. Sentier d'une belle rando qui passe devant le gîte. Mme Fraysse, très accueillante et sympathique. Je recommande
