In a typical large stone building Buëch, housed in the barn of the farm area, an area of 110 m², this peasant cottage can accommodate 7-9 people.
By accessing walk-through shady garden area with garden furniture, you can enjoy its great room with lounge, dining room warmed by a large fireplace, a sitting area with 2 beds; a mezzanine (1 bed) overlooks the great room. An additional bedroom on the ground floor can be made available for 2 people.
A large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 mixed stoves, 2 refrigerators and freezers allow you to prepare good meals.
A bathroom and toilet are also on the ground floor.
Upstairs you will sleep in peace. Two bedrooms with 2 twin beds, with one in two bunk beds for children, the other a sink area. Toilets and showers are near the rooms.

Barely 4 km after Eyguians, on the right the secondary road which leads to St Genis on a crossroads
Just before the parking lot under the Montrond tower.
If you arrive in Montrond, you have missed the branch = ½ turn
1a) Coming from SERRES, direction LARAGNE Sisteron D 1075
7 km after Serres, after having passed Montrond, the car park at the foot of the tower, at the start of the main straight line, a crossroads allows you to fork to your left towards St Genis.
By taking the small road Serres, Méreuil, Lagrand, Eyguians on the right bank of the Buëch river, you can avoid the traffic jams of the main road D 1075, it is taken at the exit of Serres direction Nyons on the left
2) Once on the small departmental n ° 94, you pass under the SNCF bridge, then under the canal bridge, at the exit of the canal bridge, on the right, it is indicated "les eyssaups", and also a sign "Farmer's cottage"
(no more than 500m from the D 1075, you do not start the climb to the village)
you walk along the canal for 150m, at the letterboxes you go up to the left towards the car park, park. The entrance to the gîte is immediately at the end of the path,
