35 sqm cottage located in the heart of the old village in a typical lane with very little traffic, 50 meters from the Canal du Midi, near the Malpass tunnel and pond Montady dry.
Located 20 minutes from the sea and 15 minutes from Beziers.
Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the port of Colombiers and 7 minutes walk from the clinic Causse Colombiers.
Colombiers is the first port on the Canal du Midi after the locks of Fonseranes.
The village is ideally located to enjoy all the tourist attractions of Occitania, either on the sea side with Valras-Plage, or on the land side with the Canal du Midi, Beziers, Narbonne, Minerve, Saint-Guilhem-le- Desert, Sigean with his African reserve ...
From the port of Colombiers, many tourist opportunities are available to you: boat rental without license, walks on the Canal du Midi, meal and music boat rides, bike rental ...

- 1 bedroom with bed 160x200cm and dressing
- 1 bathroom with shower 90cm, WC, cupboard and sink with mirror (hair dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and clotheshorse)
- 1 living room with open kitchen (complete crockery for 4 people, ceramic hob with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, plancha ...), a sofa bed, table with chairs and TV TNT
- Free WIFI
The apartment is designed to accommodate 4 people on both beds, if necessary we can lend you a cot for baby.
Compatible and prepared for people with reduced mobility.
We provide you free bed linen for the room (bed 160x200cm).
The towels and kitchen is optional: € 5 per person per week.
Linen for the convertible is optional: € 5 per week.
The cleaning must be done at the end of the stay, it can be done for you. Cleaning option: 50 €
WiFi internet access is free and unlimited.
We live right next to the apartment, so we can give you all our help and advice for a pleasant stay.

"Super endroit !"
Christian et Sabrina sont des hôtes extrêmement gentils, accueillants et généreux, c’est rare ! Allez y les yeux fermés : tout est en place dans cette maison de village au calme.
rien ne manque, et ils sont pleins de petites attentions. Bref, c,est le top ! Nous y étions pour l’opération De notre fille à la clinique Causse mais pour un séjour touristique c’est tout aussi top !

"Faire et a refaire"
Très triste de quitter ce lieu, nous avons passé de supers vacances, Christian et Sabrina, les propriétaires, sont toujours de bon conseil ,et nous guident ,si on le désire ,
dans les visites de Colombiers, (petite ville pittoresque) et des environs.
Séjour très agréable dans un gîte bien équipé, avec une large literie très confortable, sans oublié la clim 😊
Je recommande ce gîte car tout y est parfait 👍👍👍
