Located on the heights of Lapoutroie, 650 meters above sea level, the property is a former mountain farm dating from 1814, renovated, whose north-east wing houses the cottage.
This cottage of 5 people is classified 2 ears by the Gîtes de France.

It has private access and terrace.
An awning can store equipment (bicycles, skis ...)
A garden furniture, a barbecue, a portico for children available in front of the cottage will allow you to enjoy the outdoors and the breathtaking views of the valley.

On the ground floor are: an equipped kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, washing machine), a dining room, a sitting area with a sofa and two armchairs.
Upstairs are two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with three single beds), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
For each bed, there are blankets or duvets.
Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels are not provided. If necessary, we can make you available (see "Rates" on our website).
Each room has a large storage cupboard.

The heating of the cottage is a central heating with wood pellets.
Hot water is provided by a solar water heater.
The electricity provided by photovoltaic panels on the roof cover three quarters of the average annual needs of the house (owners' apartment, cottage and bed and breakfast).

The cottage does not have, as at home, television. But, Agnès can advise you in the choice of board games that you can borrow among the 300 that we have at home as well as great outdoor games.
