Very beautiful cottage, chalet style, quiet in the middle of nature, on the edge of the forest and the Gorges de l'Auvézère!

Close to major tourist sites in Périgord (National Stud Farm of Pompadour, Grotte de Tourtoirac, Château de Hautefort, Les Eyzies and Montignac Lascaux, etc.) and sites dedicated to multi-sports (swimming, hiking, mountain biking, Terra Aventura, nature activities, etc.)

Our gîte is not overlooked, in an "unfenced" wooded garden of around 500 m², private, with barbecue and small cabin for children!

This tourist accommodation includes:
- on the ground floor (80 m²): 1 large living room with fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, induction cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, small household appliances); 1 large bedroom with double bed (160x200); 1 large bathroom with walk-in shower and heated towel rail; 1 separate toilet; 1 wood stove; unique furniture created or restored by a craftsman in an "industrial" style
A large bay window with brick partition gives access to a large 40 m² terrace ideally positioned for outdoor dining at any time of the day!
- upstairs: a mezzanine in the spirit of a natural cabin (ceiling height 1.90 m) with 1 bedroom and its double bed (140x190) and a dormitory with 3 single beds (90x190)

This cottage is built on an old barn from 1870 of our farmhouse. Access to the rental is completely independent of our home and has private parking for 2 cars if necessary.

You can go directly on foot or by bike without taking the car!
You can consult the visits, calendar of festivities and hiking maps on the Naturally Périgord website.

For your swimming desires, the Rouffiac Leisure Center offers a supervised beach (free) and various outdoor activities (archery, tree climbing, water sports, etc.)
Your host will be able to indicate various idyllic places to discover to recharge your batteries!

For the most connected, 4G coverage is very good and it is possible to connect to the property's WiFi!
Non-smoking cottage but a fixed ashtray is outside.
