Located at the entrance to the domain of Puy le Comte, LPO refuge of 2 hectares, on the way to Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle (GR655) and at the immediate departure of several hiking and mountain biking paths. Nature, Veggie and Slowtourism.
The cottage, equipped with modern comforts, is housed in an old house of 75 m² (partially renovated), independent and on one level; it can accommodate up to 5 people. It includes a living room (sofa bed 140) open to an equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a large bedroom (1 bed 160 and 1 bed 80).
Private terrace and picnic table in the orchard.
Household products not tested on animals.
Books, magazines and board games available. Outdoor games in season.
The estate, a former farm, has 3 houses, independent of each other.
Many leisure activities and activities are nearby: Futuroscope, walks or bike rides, canoeing, playgrounds, site of the green island and the Anguitard mill on the banks of the Clain, fitness trail, swimming pool, cinemas, visit of cellars, forest of Moulière, city of Poitiers, historical monuments, museums, swimming lake and park of st Cyr, treasure of Leonardo...
Also ideally located for visiting the region and the neighboring departments (Poitevin marshes, Loire castles, etc.) and going to the Atlantic coast (La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, etc.)

"Une retraite le temps de 3 jours"
Nous avons avec ma conjointe passé 2 jours dans le charmant gite nature.
Le domaine est calme, la nature et les animaux nous on entouré. en résumé : un endroit bucolique.
Nous reviendrons avec nos enfants quand l'aquascope sera ouvert !

Je découvre que vous avez eu un problème avec le wifi et j'en suis désolée. Il ne faut pas hésiter à me contacter tout de suite pendant le séjour dans ce cas pour que je vous apporte un aide immédiate. Le domaine est desservi par la fibre et le wifi, testé régulièrement, a été utilisé pour le télétravail sans aucun souci.
