Swimming-poolLocated in Drôme Provençale, gateway to the Baronnies Provençales Regional Natural Park, the gîte is adjoining our house, completely independent with terrace and garden for exclusive use.
Located in a peaceful residential area on the heights of Nyons, 1 km from the city center.
Our cottage, on one level, consists of:
- two rooms ; one with a 160x200 bed, the other with two 90x190 beds
- a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC
- a kitchen open to the living room fully fitted and equipped (oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, extractor hood, coffee maker (filter + Nespresso), kettle, rice cooker, pressure cooker, blender plunger, toaster), electric BBQ, connected speaker radio, TV, free WiFi, a sofa
- the 15 m² terrace has all the necessary furniture (table + chairs)
The private garden of the cottage, located next to the swimming pool, has garden furniture and deckchairs.
Unheated swimming pool shared with the owners 8 x 4 m
Car park
On request, it is possible to benefit from baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath)
You will also find the beds made on your arrival, household linen and towels are provided.
Nicknamed "Little Nice", Nyons is protected from the rigors of the Mistral by its geographical location. The city enjoys an exceptional level of sunshine, mild winters and hot summer days tempered by the "Pontias", a morning breeze that purifies and refreshes the air.
Come and discover its “most northern olive grove in Europe”, the richness of its historical heritage (its Randonne tower, its Roman bridge and its place called “des Arcades”…)
You can enjoy magnificent hikes or bike rides in the heart of the Baronnies Provençales regional natural park, the Provençal markets, the “Nyonsoleïado” water park with its slides, waterfalls and seven pools and, over the seasons, festivities and typical events that punctuate the Nyons calendar.

- Cancellation by the Customer one month (30 days) before the date of entry into the premises: the 30% deposit previously paid will be refunded in full.
- Cancellation by the Customer 15 (fifteen) days before the date of entry into the premises: the entire deposit due for the Rental will remain with the Establishment.
- Cancellation by the client less than 15 (fifteen) days and up to the scheduled date of arrival at the premises, the full amount of the stay will be invoiced to the Client as compensation.
- In the event of early departure during the stay, the rental price will remain fully acquired by the Establishment.
- In the event of a health crisis linked to COVID-19, and by way of derogation from the above, the Establishment will accept last-minute requests for modifications and cancellations of stays, made by e-mail before the scheduled time of entry into the places (by default 5 p.m.), following new containment measures or traffic restrictions put in place by the government. The Customer may, in such a context, request:
• A full refund of the sums previously paid for his accommodation reservation.
In the event that the Customer does not appear on the premises within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date, the Establishment is not required to keep the property available to the Customer for the remaining duration of the stay..

"séjour sympa"
Très chaleureux accueil de Christophe. Le gîte était très bien préparé et très propre.
La cuisine est super bien équipée. Rien ne manque.
La literie 160 ! est très confortable (dans une chambre un peu exiguë).
Parking pour la voiture devant le gîte et très jolis aménagements extérieurs. Grâce à la météo nous avons encore pu profiter de la belle piscine.
Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce gîte. Nyons est stratégiquement très bien placé pour visiter la région.
Un agréable séjour et pourquoi pas à une prochaine fois.
