Ideal for two people, My Cottage is a typical Cayolaise 55 m² villa, from the years 1911/1920. It is composed of a room, a living room, an equipped kitchen, the toilets are on the ground floor. A narrow staircase gives you access to the 2 bedrooms: a bedroom with 1 double bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.

My Cottage has an enclosed land, a sauna with an outdoor shower at 37 °, garden furniture: a table and two chairs, 2 benches, two new bicycles for adults, 1 barbecue.
There is no problem to park the car for free in front of the house.
The house is not recommended for people with reduced mobility and young children.

My Cottage is located 200 meters from the pine forest and cycle paths, 400 meters from the beach, 2 km from Cayeux-sur-Mer for its beach cabins, shops and restaurants.
2 km from the Pointe du Hourdel where seals can be observed.
10 km from Saint-Valery-sur-Somme and its Medieval City.
The landscapes are very diverse: pebble and sand beaches, dunes, chalk cliffs (Ault) 10 minutes by car, the Parc du Marquenterre for its birds ...

The advantages of My Cottage:
It is a small detached Cayolaise villa from the years 1911/15 with an enclosed garden without vis-à-vis, near the sea (400 m), quiet, pleasant environment, cool in summer. It has a sauna, 2 new bicycles for adults, a barbecue. It is close to shops: 2 km from the center of Cayeux-sur-mer.

Non-smoking cottages, pets are not allowed. No party or evening: the gîte is for the sole use of tenants.
The cottage is available for a minimum of 3 nights during the week and two nights for the weekend, the price varies on weekends.
