Near the famous Marais Poitevin, 6 gites for 36 beds in total, from 2 to 10 people, with a games room which turns into a reception room (60 m² + 20 m² billiards + 40 m² courtyard), located in the buildings origin of an old farmhouse with a central courtyard.
At your disposal: reception room for your evenings, marriage, cousinage, seminar, only in addition to the rental of our lodgings.

The gîtes have all been restored in traditional stone, with exposed beams.
Surrounded by woods and fields, but only a few kilometers from all amenities, we will welcome you to the old PÉGON farm on one hectare of land.
You will also have the pleasure of finding on site the swimming pool, bicycles, a trampoline, a bowling green, a games room with table tennis, table football and billiards, for the satisfaction of children and adults.
All our lodgings have a terrace with barbecue and parasol and an equipped kitchen, television TNT / Satellite.
We can also help you organize your family events, family events, weddings, baptisms, birthdays...
We don't do a weekend formula in July & August, but you can rent the 6 gites... to bring everyone together.

If the tenant cancels his reservation, it is agreed that in the event of withdrawal:
• Before 8 weeks: a flat fee of €250 will be deducted for management fees,
• 8 weeks before arrival: 30% of the total price will be retained,
• 5 to 8 weeks: 50% of the total price will be retained,
• 3 to 5 weeks: 70% of the total price will be retained,
• Less than 3 weeks: 100% of the total price will be retained.

Journey in July 2020
"Super domaine familiale"
On y est allé début Juillet avec nos 3 enfants. Arrivée sur place nous avons reçu toutes les infos nécessaire.
Même après, si il y a quelque chose à demander, Nathalie et Gilles ont toujours aidé très vite.
Les gîtes sont très grandes, propres et chaque famille a sa propre terrasse. Sur la domaine, il y a plein de facilités pour adultes et enfants (jeux de boules, snooker, vélos, terrain de foot,... et surtout une très grande piscine chauffée!). La domaine est situé dans la campagne mais sur 40min vous pouvez se baigner dans la mer ou visiter La Rochelle par exemple. Les Marais Poitevin se trouvent tout près avec 'la Venise verte'.
Les propriétaires ont plein d'info sur la région. Il faut juste demander.
