The new cottage of 45 m² is adjoining on one side to another cottage two people.
It consists :
• on the ground floor: a living room and a toilet
• and upstairs: a bedroom with wardrobe closet, a clearance with low cupboard and a bathroom with toilet suspended
Equipment: washing machine, microwave, dishwasher 6 places, induction hob, pyrolysis oven, fridge-freezer, television, vacuum cleaner, iron, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer.
An individual and closed terrace is at your disposal at the back of the house.
In the village 1 km you will find an Intermarché, a bakery, restaurants, a hairdresser, a pharmacy.
The cottage is ideally located between Douarnenez, the Crozon peninsula and Quimper.
500m from the house, overlooking the bay of Douarnenez and hiking trails
At 5.2 km the beach of Lestrevet and its fine sand and at 4 km Ménez Hom and its 330 m of altitude with a 360 degree view.

To come to the gorre ribl gîtes
You come by Quimper, after the village of Plonevez porzay, you will pass the town of Ploéven. After the roundabout (the only one) at the exit of the village you have a long straight line with at the end on your right a store with a silo (green dot).
You go up the coast and you take the first clearance on the left towards Saint nic. You continue until you see a pharmacy on your left and a wooden hotel on your right opposite.
At the intersection turn right, then the first road on the left. At the next intersection (little visibility to the right) you go straight ahead, the road descends between recent houses and goes up when leaving the village. On your left a house with skylights, you take behind the path with white lighting on the ground.
You have arrived.
You come by Châteaulin before passing the chapel of Sainte Marie du Menez Hom there is a car park on your left. Take the left along this car park, two hundred meters further take the path on the right (house in the pines at the corner),
Go down the path (in poor condition) to an intersection with garbage cans on your left. Turn left, it is the farmhouse on the right.
Pass between the buildings and take the path on the right with lighting on the ground
You have arrived.

"Très bon séjour"
Nous avons séjourné du 28 juin au 12 juillet 2025 au gîte Menez hom du propriétaire Alain. Celui-ci très sympathique, accueillant qui reste disponible. Le gîte calme, propre, bien situé et complet avec stationnement sécurisé devant. Nous attribuons la note de 9,5/10 pour cet endroit. Manque un parasol pour repas sur terrasse arrière. Merci à M. NIKICHINE. Nous conseillons sans hésiter.

Situé à mi chemin entre Crozon et Douardenez, à 5 km d'une plage paradisiaque équipée d'un resto de poissons et fruits de mer locaux, de vagues et de sentiers côtiers gîte très propre et vue dégagée sur la campagne, très bon accueil on a adoré ! Stéphanie et Jean-Simon

Nous avons séjourné du 12 au 18 septembre chez Mr Nikichine, sympathique, agréable, à l 'écoute de ses hôtes dans un magnifique gîte de 2 personnes, bien aménagé, clair, super bien équipé à tous les niveaux, très propre.
Belles vacances, bien situé pour des balades, découvrir la région. Allez y sans problème.
