Gîte Maison les Hirondelles

The lovely furnished house (built in 2019) of 130 m2, with air conditioning and heating, is ideal for a restful holiday for 4 to 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms, each with private bathroom upstairs and a sofa bed in the living room.
In bedroom 1 there is a bed (180 x 200), in bedroom 2 there are two single beds (90 x 200) standing together. On the ground floor is the spacious, very well equipped kitchen, the dining and living area with fireplace and an additional bathroom with shower and toilet.
The house has a large covered terrace, a beautiful garden with sunbathing lawn and a shady place for cozy aperitifs and barbecues. A 5x10m swimming pool at the adjacent owner's house can be shared. Children under 12 years are not allowed (swimming pool not secured).

The house, built in 2019, is located on a private road on the village border of Mirabel aux Baronnies. The small, typical Provençal village with approx. 1600 inhabitants is located in the south of France in the Drôme Provençale just on the border with the Provençe-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. It is about 30 minutes by car from the Bollène motorway exit. The village has a small supermarket, butcher's shop, bakeries, pub and restaurant within a 10-minute walk.

Mirabel aux Baronnies is surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and lavender fields, within sight of the 1909 metre high Mt Ventoux and is known for its mild climate. From here you can enjoy beautiful walks in the nearby mountains or interesting excursions to the surrounding wine regions (Gigondas, Séguret, Rasteau, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, etc.). Also highly recommended are excursions to Avignon, Les Beaux-de-Provence, Roussillon with its ochre rocks and countless other destinations. The area is also very popular among cycling enthusiasts because of Mt Ventoux.
