Located in the heart of the Livradois-Forez regional natural park, and 5 km from the village of Brousse, this independent cottage, without vis-à-vis and facing due south, is located at an altitude of 700 m with unobstructed view of the Monts d 'Auvergne in a hamlet of two houses.
The shops are 10 km away.
The 80 m² gîte on two levels has been renovated with all modern comforts.
It is composed of an equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster) open to the dining room, a living room with a flat screen , two bedrooms (one 160x200 cm bed and two 90x200 cm beds), two bathrooms each with a shower and toilet, a reading area and a laundry area with washing machine and iron to redo.
In winter, gas central heating and a wood stove will warm you up for your return trips.
In summer, garden furniture and deckchairs await you to enjoy barbecues and a moment of nap under the large oak tree.
For the reception of a baby, we put at your disposal, on request, a cot with its night linen, a high chair, a changing table, a potty and a bathtub.
The cottage also has 4G.
Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen are provided.
Beds are made on arrival from 3 nights.
Rental of the gîte for a minimum of 2 nights.
Unfortunately, the cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

"Gîte agréable"
Une jolie maison rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable nous étions 3 adultes et un enfant de 4 ans, la maison était parfaitement adaptée. Nous avions de l'espace et tout le nécessaire. Notre fils était ravi de découvrir le coin livre et jeux. La vue est magnifique. Un lieu ressourçant très agréable.

"Séjour à deux"
Trés jolie maison refaite et décorée avec beaucoup de gout.
On se sent tout de suite chez soi.
Tout y est... il ne manque rien.
Calme absolu. repos assuré.
Acceuil trés sympa et hôte trés arrangeante.
Belles balades dans les forêts.
Nous y reviendrons certainement !

"Très beau gîte"
Très beau gîte au calme avec très belle vue dégagée sur prés et forêt. Randonnées pédestres agréables et jolies balades dans les villages alentours.

"Calme et reposant"
Une bien jolie maison refaite à neuf avec tout le confort nécessaire dans un lieu calme et reposant.
Idéal pour quelques jours de relâche ou comme base pour découvrir la région.
Les hôtes sont très accueillants et accommodants.
On pense déjà à notre prochain séjour...
