Anne-Marie and Serge welcome you and if you wish, introduce you to the region, the vineyards of Pessac-Léognan, Bordeaux, the dune of Pyla, the Arcachon basin.
The location of the apartment is privileged, located between Bordeaux and the Bassin d'Arcachon, near the various Bordeaux vineyards, the Monsalut estate is less than 5 minutes from the apartment, it allows the discovery of the ponds and the walk in the national forests of Cestas.
The apartment is attached to the main house, in a beautiful wooded area.
The apartment consists of a modern space, living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, 80 cm flat screen TV, dining area, 1 table, 4 chairs, fitted kitchen 1 sink, 1 2-burner hob, 1 multifunction microwave, 1 coffee maker, 1 kettle, bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet on the ground floor.
The bedroom is located upstairs, it has a very comfortable 140x190 double bed, desk and wardrobe.
Possibility of a canvas cot.
Internet access available in WiFi.
Washing machine and dryer, plancha, barbecue shared from the living room, overlooking a wooded area, the environment is calm.
Seasonal rental for the day or more.
All shops and amenities are nearby.
10 minutes from Bordeaux Mérignac airport.
15 minutes from BORDEAUX (access by tram at 5 minutes)
40 minutes from the ARCACHON Basin, the PYLA dune and the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.
15 minutes from the vineyards and châteaux of Pessac-Léognan, 40 minutes from Saint-Émilion, a medieval city.
Possibility of jogging, mountain biking, golf, walking in the forest, swimming pool nearby. Equestrian center at 200 m.

Excellent séjour au gîte les sources. Tranquilité, propreté. sa situation géographique permet de visiter s
ans faire trop de kilomètres les villes comme Bordeaux, le bassin d Arcachon, st Émilion...
Les conseils de Serge pour les balades nous ont été très précieux.
Et la piscine dans le jardin très bien entretenu,quel bonheur !
Nous y retournerons.

"Très bonne adresse"
Un très bel accueil au gîte des sources. Un logement confortable et très propre. Literie confortable. L’accès piscine est un plus indéniable ainsi que la terrasse extérieure. Propriétaires courtois et discrets. Emplacement Proche de Bordeaux et d’accès facile (tram ou gare accessibles en voiture).

J'ai séjourné une semaine au gîte les Sources. Le gîte est tout confort, aménagé avec goût.
Anne Marie et Serge sont extrêmement gentils et soucieux du bien-être des locataires.
l'accès à la piscine est un plus très agréable. je recommande vivement le gîte.

"Une semaine de vacances au vert !"
Un séjour au calme, entourés de verdure et de fleurs dans un cadre charmant agrémenté d'une très belle piscine... le gîte est très confortable, bien agencé et propose tout ce qu'il faut en terme d'équipements.
La décoration est particulièrement soignée et on peut y admirer les beaux tableaux peints par l'hôte des lieux...
