Bocce ball court Private pool Playground Wine tastingOur house is located in the town of Port-Sainte-Foy-et-Ponchapt, in the Dordogne. Strewn on a small hill and attached to the hamlet of Ponchapt.
In the countryside, offering incredible calm, ideal for recharging your batteries, but only 8 minutes from downtown Sainte-Foy-la-Grande. The unobstructed view and the sunsets are amazing and different every evening.
You can enjoy the 5000 m² park, the 6 x 12 m swimming pool, the bowling green, and for our youngest travelers, a play area is reserved for them (swing, slide, cabin and lots of games inside).
For the pool, secure, inflatable games are available free of charge.
The accommodation offers every comfort, with an equipped kitchen, electric oven and microwave, gas hob, electric coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, pots, pans, crockery and kitchen linen.
A bathroom with a shower cubicle, a toilet, a sink, a cabinet with two drawers, bathroom linen and a hair dryer.
A relaxation area with television, sofa and armchair, children's desk with notebook and coloring pencil as well as a rocking donkey and documentation on everything there is to see or do in the region.
Upstairs, the sleeping area, with a first bedroom with a double bed, a table and an armchair, a linen closet and a rack with hangers, the second bedroom has two single beds and a linen closet.
And finally, a private terrace at the accommodation, where you will find a gas plancha, a table and chairs for meals and other, a deckchair, a hammock and its small square of herbs for grilling and cooking.
