“Les Queues Rousses” Why this name?

When this house was in ruins, “red-tailed” birds used to come and nest there; During the works they were still there, watching the construction. And today, they nest on the lintel of the basement door!

We are located at an altitude of 750m, in this green setting where you can enjoy the calm and fresh air to recharge your batteries.

Explore the village: its stone houses, its 12th century church, its café San Fouriou which will welcome you for a drink and why not, if you book, come and taste Patricia's good cuisine.

Geneviève will show you her production of offal and her sculptures.

Béatrice will open the doors to her exhibition of paintings.

A set of boules is behind the church. You can indulge in a game of pétanque or Lyonnaise.

A pleasant stroll will take you to the priory of Veyrines where you will have the opportunity to access the bell tower and enjoy the panorama.

From the cottage, you will have the choice between many marked hiking trails which will allow you to discover magnificent views. These paths are accessible to hikers and mountain bikers. Perhaps, in some undergrowth, you will pick up mushrooms, blueberries or raspberries.

You will also enjoy the village entertainment, especially in summer.
