The renovated 110 m² gîte is adjoining on one side to another gîte and on the other to my house (1.8 m thick wall between the two and sound-insulated).
It consists :
• on the ground floor: a living room with American-style kitchen of 41 m², a hallway with cupboard, a bathroom with 90x140 shower and a toilet, a bedroom with a 140 bed and a cupboard with wardrobe
• upstairs: a small bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a wardrobe, a bathroom with 90x90 shower and sink, a separate toilet and a bedroom with a 160 bed and cupboard with wardrobe
Equipment: washing machine, microwave, dishwasher for 12 place settings, induction hob, pyrolysis oven, fridge-freezer, television, vacuum cleaner, iron, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer.
An individual and closed terrace is at the back of the gîte.
In the village, 1 km away, you will find an intermarket, a bakery, restaurants, a hairdresser, a pharmacy.
The cottage is ideally located between Douarnenez, the Crozon peninsula and Quimper.

At 5.2 km the beach of Lestrevet and its fine sand and at 4 km the Ménez Hom and its 330 m of altitude with a 360 degree view.

"Super séjour"
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Alain le propriétaire du gîte, discret et très sympathique. Le lieu est restauré avec goût, très calme, avec l'océan à 5 min en voiture.
Notre séjour en famille s'est très bien déroulé, gîte très bien équipé, tout est pensé pour passer un agréable séjour. Beaucoup de choses aux alentours à visiter dont Locronan, petit bourg magnifique.
Nous prévoyons de séjourner à nouveau dans ce gîte que nous recommandons fortement.
Notre séjour en famille s'est très bien déroulé, gîte très bien équipé, tout est pensé pour passer un agréable séjour. Beaucoup de choses aux alentours à visiter dont Locronan, petit bourg magnifique.
Nous prévoyons de séjourner à nouveau dans ce gîte que nous recommandons fortement.

"Idéal pour famille"
Nous venons de passer une semaine au gite des hirondelles du 9 au 16 avril 2022. Enfin une grande location pour une famille de 6. Tout est bien pensé, douche et wc en haut, salle de bains et wc en bas. Très propre. Respect normes anti covid. Propriétaire sympa toujours présent et disponible mais très discret. Situation géographique. Place pour voiture. Terrasse privée. Très content. A bientôt. Merci pour l'accueil. Famille Martin
