Motorrijders welkom Les Hauts de l'Estuaire, charming cottage of 100 m² with independent entrance in a pretty renovated Charentaise house located on the heights of the small village of Boutenac-Touvent offers you the calm of the countryside and the proximity of the ocean for your holidays .located on a wooded plot of 2000 meters surrounded by vineyards 15 minutes from the beaches of my dears and 20 minutes from Royan and St Georges de Didonne beaches you will enjoy the calm of the countryside and the proximity of the beaches of the Atlantic coast by road green along the Gironde estuary
On the ground floor, 2 large rooms:
American kitchen equipped with 26 m² with fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, gas cooker.
Large living room of 34 m² with access to the garden and the terrace, large stone fireplace with wood stove, exposed beams. Tiled floors and thick walls keep it cool in the summer.
Upstairs :
2 charming bedrooms:
- a 13 m² bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a wardrobe
- a 14 m² bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190 cm and a chest of drawers
- new and quality bedding
Possibility of adding 2 extra beds 90x190 cm in the bedrooms and/or adjoining mezzanine.
Shower room with shower, washbasin, WC and storage.
The cottage overlooks a large garden and terrace with ample parking spaces.

Visit 10 km from Talmont sur Gironde, one of the most beautiful villages in France, 3.5 km from the small port on the estuary at Mortagne sur Gironde, also Saint-Serin d'Uzet where you can taste Gironde caviar.
Access: 30 minutes from the A10 Paris / Bordeaux motorway, exit Pons then direction Gémozac.

"Séjour très agréable"
Gite idéal pour un séjour paisible et ressourçant au milieu de la campagne charentaise. Le logement est bien équipé et a été restauré avec goût. Il est bien situé et permet de faire de nombreuses visites dans les alentours, de se baigner dans l'océan ou de profiter du magnifique jardin. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très discrets. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de nos vacances à Boutenac-Touvent !

"Au top"
Les propriétaires de la maison sont très accueillants et très gentils ! A l’écoute et sont là si besoin ! Leur maison est juste à côté mais on les voit jamais et ne nous embêtent pas du tous ! J’y est passé le week-end avec ma mère et mon neveu et tout était parfait ! La maison de charme avec un grand jardin ! A 25 min de royan et 15 min de mescher et talmont ! Allez y les yeux fermés pour une semaine ou un week-end !

"La belle escale"
Merci à Mme et M. JAECK pour leur agréable accueil ! Leur gîte, décoré avec goût, comporte les équipements nécessaires à un séjour sans souci ! Une mention spéciale pour les DEUX jardins, paysager et potager qui agrémentent l'extérieur. Nous recommandons chaudement cette belle escale au cœur de l'Estuaire...
