It includes a large, fully fenced garden with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue available.
You can relax in peace and quiet.
The 140 m² single-story house includes:
- a large living room with TV
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a bathroom with WC and shower
- a laundry room with washing machine
- an additional separate toilet
- 3 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds and 3 90 cm beds)
Baby equipment is available upon request, as well as children's toys and board games for teenagers.
The accommodation must be returned clean, a cleaning fee is offered.
The cottage is located in a small village of 300 inhabitants, in the north of Deux-Sèvres.
The Val d'Argenton international circuit is 10 minutes from the gîte.
The town of Massais, where the French Trial Championships take place, is 10 minutes from the gîte.
Puy du Fou is 50 minutes away.
There are many places to visit in the surrounding area:
- the BioParc of Doué-la-Fontaine,
- the Valley Park,
- the Oriental Garden of Maulévrier,
- the castles of the Loire Valley (Montreuil Bellay, Brissac, Saumur),
- the royal abbey of Fontevraud,
- the horses of the Cadre Noir of Saumur,
- the troglodyte villages as well as the mushroom farms.
