Located in the Dordogne, between Libourne and Périgueux, 8 minutes from exit 12 of the A89, 20 minutes from the Wine Route and Saint-Émilion and 45 minutes from Bordeaux.

A family business, we welcome you to an exceptional 16 ha site with a 3.5 ha pond.
Tranquility and distance are privileged in order to allow everyone to recharge their batteries and walk at their own pace without crowding.

This unusual accommodation chalet, for 4 people, is on stilts and benefits from considerable comfort: air conditioning, TV, combined microwave oven and grill, toaster, 4-burner hob, Tassimo machine, heated towel rail, hair dryer, covered outdoor terrace with lounge and barbecue

Electric or classic bikes, for hire, will allow you to discover without filter our local and regional curiosities, our exceptional markets, the Lac de Gurson which will welcome you for nautical activities less than 15 minutes from the domain... and our pond will the happiness of fishermen (exclusively in no-kill) … you will find there in large numbers: pike, black bass, perch, carp, eels …
Brochures concerning the whole range of sporting and cultural activities offered in the area will be at your disposal.

A breakfast adapted and customizable according to your tastes can be served to you (from 10 € / pers.)
Our well-educated 4-legged friends are welcome (on a leash on the estate).

You practice equestrian sports and want to bring your horse with you, no worries! paddocks, in progress, will be at your disposal as well as a natural quarry for dressage or training from the end of July.

On our estate, arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures before 12 p.m.
