Direct access to the expressway, at the foot of the two Moselle and Moselotte valleys.
New apartment, in the owners' renovated farm: independent entrance, fully equipped kitchen, all comfort
On the 1st floor with access by a balcony terrace of 8 m² and green area with garden furniture and barbecue - view over the valley.
Main room open to very well equipped kitchen, lounge area with sofa, internet
Shower room with walk-in shower, separate WC with hand basin.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - DVD player; 1 bedroom with a double bed, WC and hand basin
Equipment: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave, raclette oven, toaster, electric coffee maker, kettle, two-burner gas and two electric induction hobs, flat screen TV , radio, hairdryer, clock radio, high chair and folding cot for babies.
Board games. Room for bikes, skis.
Household products available. On arrival courtesy tray (coffee, tea, water).
Sheets provided, bed made on arrival.
Located between countryside and town, in a renovated farmhouse, a few minutes from nature and all shops, 1.5 km from Remiremont la "coquette"
10 min from PLOMBIÈRES-LES-BAINS (Calodaé Center) and 30 min from BAINS-LES-BAINS, LUXEUIL-LES-BAINS (spa towns).
30 minutes from the ski resorts of LA BRESSE, GÉRARDMER, VENTRON AND ROUGE GAZON.
Many mountain bike circuits (+ 4000 km).
25 km of greenways in the middle of nature, old converted railway line, picnic areas, reserved for pedestrians, bicycles, rollerblading.
For hikers, trails marked by the Club Vosgien, maps of marked trails available in the cottage.

Arrivando da Épinal per le due volte due corsie, prendere l'uscita verso
Saint-Nabord-Fallières, Bellefontaine, Xertigny.
Dopo aver lasciato le corsie 2x2, girare a destra.
Continuare a guidare per 200 metri quindi girare a destra sul percorso dei pulsanti dorati.
Venendo da Plombières les Bains per le 2x2 corsie, prendere l'uscita per Saint-Nabord-Fallières, Bellefontaine, Xertigny.
Vai sotto il ponte e continua per 300 metri poi gira a destra sul sentiero dei bottoni dorati.

"Gîte bien équipé et central"
Le gîte est bien situé (gerardmer,épinal, randonnée...)
Miremont, la petite ville à côté est très jolie et accueillante.
Les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentils.
