Terms of cancelation
If the cancellation occurs more than 2 months before the start of the stay, the deposit is returned to the customer.
If the cancellation occurs less than 2 months before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit paid is refunded.
If the cancellation occurs 1 month or less before the date of the stay, the deposit paid is not returned.
In the event of no-show or cancellation within 72 hours prior to the stay, the entire price of the stay is due to the owner.
In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the price of the accommodation booked remains entirely due to the owner.
Illness/hospitalization cancellation:
If you cancel due to “illness”, the deposit paid is not returned regardless of the date of cancellation and the reason for illness.
If you cancel for “hospitalization” 50% of the deposit paid is refunded upon presentation of a hospitalization slip (The start date of the stay must be included in the hospitalization period)

"Location pleine de charme"
Nous avons passé quelques jours en Ardèche et nous avons été reçus tellement bien par notre hôte. L'endroit est plein de charme, la décoration très jolie, la proprété est à l'hauteur, tout est d'une excellente qualité.
Notre hôte nous a régalé avec les petits déjeuners, et la table d'hôte, la cuisine pleine de gout était faite avec des produits de la ferme.
Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet endroit, vous passerez des vacances merveilleuses. La région est très belle et les ardéchois ont un cœur très accueillant.
