Ground floor: living room with kitchen area, 1 sofa bed 140; 1 bedroom: 1 bed 140, 1 shower room with WC.
Shared washing machine, flat screen TV, Wifi.
Gas central heating.
Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, available from May to September.
Large courtyard and vast unfenced grounds (160 ha), meadows and forest.
No party nights.
Hiking trails on site.
