Located in Saint-Denis-le-Ferment, in Eure (1 hour from Paris and Rouen), our cottage has 11 rooms (double and triple).
We offer to rent the gîte in its entirety or by the room.
Each room has its own bathroom with towels and welcome products (soap, shower gel & shampoo).
The decoration of each room has been designed to promise you a moment of escape surrounded by nature.
A dining room as well as an equipped professional kitchen are accessible.
Furniture, crockery & kitchen utensils are available.
Breakfasts can be offered upon prior request.

"Privatisation du gîte"
Nous avons privatisé le gite pour un long week end pour les invités de notre mariage.
Tous ont été enchantés du lieu, le cadre est agréable et les chambres fonctionnelles.
Les échanges avec Charlottes ont été efficaces, elle est très réactive et arrangeante.
Je recommande ce gite si vous passez dans la région

"Mauvaise nuit"
Chambre et salle de bain très sale !
Pas de volets sur les fenêtres donnant dans la cour et sur la rue!
Pas de télévision pas de gel douche pas de radiateur.
Des poubelles dans les couloirs et des matériaux de travaux dans les escaliers. Fenêtre réparer avec du scotch et on ne parle même pas des mouches et des insectes dans la chambre
