Close to Le Masbareau, but completely independent, Le Vieux Domaine is a former 17th-century farmhouse, one of the oldest buildings in the family hamlet. Carefully restored with respect for its original character, this charming house has been converted into a warm and comfortable rural gîte, ideal for a weekly, weekend, or monthly stay.
Offering a beautiful view of the park and ponds of an organically farmed agricultural and forestry estate, the gîte (150 m²) is composed of:
• on the ground floor: a large living room with lounge (stone fireplace, wood stove), dining room and equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (2 x 2 beds of 0.90 x 2 m), a bathroom and separate toilet.
• upstairs: a large triple bedroom (160 × 200 bed + 90 × 200 bed), a relaxation area with extra bed (up to 2 people – €10/person), a shower room and separate toilet.
The cottage has reversible air conditioning and electric storage heating, a carport, and a private enclosed garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a barbecue. Free access to the park, fishing ponds, games room, and leisure facilities is provided.
Practical advantage: in summer, stays from Thursday to Thursday, to fully enjoy the weekend and avoid traffic jams!
On-site: Discover the livestock farm, walks in the private forest, fishing, boating, and hikes starting from the cottage. Nearby: golf, horseback riding, aquatic center, tennis, and many tourist sites to explore with the owner's advice.
