Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, Le Triaude is a pleasant 37 m² two-room apartment which can accommodate 2 people.
Furnished and fully equipped, the apartment opens onto a hallway which opens onto the living room. Room that offers the advantages of a kitchen area and the comfort of a living room. This living room serves, on one side, a spacious bedroom, on the other, the bathroom and the toilets.

Nearby, you will find, among other things, various shops, for example: an organic store (50 m), a bakery (100m) and a merchant of local products (peasant heart 500m).

Nous avons passé un novembre tres pluvial et froid à Colmar mais le chaud et douillet appartement de Audrey nous a dédommagé pour cela.

"Séjour du 07 au 14/10/2023"
J'ai passé un excellent séjour au gîte Le Triaude. L'accueil a été très chaleureux avec l'aide d'Audrey qui a porté la quasi-totalité de mes bagages à mon arrivée.
Le logement a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour, lit confortable, et une décoration en accord avec la chambre, salle d'eau avec douche impeccable. Dans la petite salle/cuisine un canapé qui permet d'allonger ses jambes après avoir marché dans tous les petits villages Alsaciens.
Bref on est comme chez soi !
Je recommande fortement ce petit gîte pour également sa propreté.

Joli appartement très fonctionnel décoré avec beaucoup de gout (merci Audrey).

Nous avons passé un séjour génial aux gîtes "Le Triaude" à Colmar : accueil chaleureux, logement très bien aménager et propre, le gîte est super bien situer, nous sommes à quelques minutes a pieds du vieux Colmar.
Nous recommandons ce gîte pour passée une agréable semaine en Alsace !

Super séjour de 3 semaines en été.
Logement très propre et spacieux pour 2 personnes, une petite terasse privative abritée (du soleil ou de la pluie) permet d'être dehors. Le tout au calme et entre 5 et 10 mn du centre du vieux Colmar.
Audrey est au petit soin pour ses voyageurs.
Un lit king size avec draps et serviettes fournis par Audrey.
Il est également possible dans ce quartier de se garer assez facilement et gratuitement, contrairement au centre.
Bref, un super séjour et un excellent accueil, merci Audrey.

"Super appartement sur Colmar !"
Merci à Audrey et son mari, pour leur amabilité et pour la location de ce très joli appartement, décoré avec goût ! Conforme à leur descriptif, tout le nécessaire dans l'appartement, cuisine équipée, jolie sdb avec douche, agréable chambre avec grand lit, etc... Bref voir descriptif d'Audrey. Le gros plus également parking privatif, où l'on peut laisser la voiture lors de la visite de Colmar, car vous êtes entre 5 à 10 min d'accès du vieux Colmar, marché de Noël, etc...
Bref en résumé, très joli appartement pour une très jolie ville !
