Mullioned windows, monumental fireplaces, beams in each room, adobe floors are the architectural assets of this building of comfortable character and decorated with antique furniture.
The adjoining 9 x 4m swimming pool, facing south, is TOTALLY PRIVATE, secured by an alarm, a fence and a lockable gate.
Ideal starting point to discover the major sites of the Black Périgord (Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Lascaux, the Dordogne valley and its beautiful castles, Beynac, Castelnaud, Milandes, Montfort, La Roque-Gageac and the royal house of Domme ...)

"Excellent séjour"
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille. (Grands parents, parents et ados) Le gîte est propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour ne manquer de rien (vaisselle en quantité, produits de toilette, fond de cuisine...) Bien situé pour rayonner sur le Périgord avec énormément de sites à visiter. Les propriétaires nous ont plus que bien accueillis et nous les remercions encore pour leurs petites attentions. La piscine et la pergola toute récente ont été la cerise sur le gâteau de nos vacances ! C'est une adresse que nous gardons précieusement et une région qui nous éblouit à chaque fois que nous y séjournons.

"Beautiful, well-maintained holiday home"
We had a wonderful stay in this perfectly and very quietly located holiday home. The house is large and beautifully restored and tastefully decorated with an eye for detail. It is perfectly clean and very complete. How nice that there is already a basic supply of things such as coffee, sugar, cleaning supplies, etc. There was even a very tasty welcome present waiting for us. It stays nice and cool downstairs because of the thick walls. Our sons spent hours in the beautiful spacious swimming pool and at the ping-pong table in the garden. A veranda was built this winter, what a wonderful addition to the already beautiful garden. It is wonderful to sit there and eat. The owners are very friendly and discreet and respond quickly if you have a question. We would love to come back here again.

"Tout pour un séjour parfait"
Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans ce gite de caractère, très bien entretenu, propre et entouré d'un immense terrain avec pergola (pour profiter de l'extérieur quelle que soit la météo), piscine, bains de soleil, table de ping-pong, etc.
A l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur, on ne manque de rien (même les draps de bain pour la piscine sont fournis).
Et surtout, l'accueil est chaleureux et les hôtes d'une grande gentillesse et à notre écoute.
Le tout dans une superbe région riche en activités et découvertes de toutes sortes (préhistoire, plein air,...).
En bref, toutes les conditions sont réunies pour garantir un séjour de qualité et inoubliable ! De quoi être ravi !
