Any cancellation or modification of a reservation must be notified to La Nouvelle Criqueboise by letter or email, with acknowledgment of receipt, the date of receipt being proof.

Regarding reservations made directly or via our website:

For a cancellation or modification 30 days before the date of arrival, La Nouvelle Criqueboise reserves the right to charge 30% of the total amount of the stay.

For a cancellation or modification between 30 days and 21 days before the date of arrival, La Nouvelle Criqueboise reserves the right to charge 50% of the total amount of the stay.

For a cancellation or modification between 20 days and 8 days from the date of arrival: La Nouvelle Criqueboise reserves the right to invoice 75% of the total amount of the stay.

For a cancellation or modification between 7 days and 2 days before the arrival date: La Nouvelle Criqueboise reserves the right to invoice 75% of the total amount of the stay.

For a cancellation or modification 2 days before the arrival date: La Nouvelle Criqueboise reserves the right to invoice 100% of the total amount of the stay.

In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owners.

If the customer does not appear during the reception hours specified on this contract and specified to the tenants on the days preceding their arrival, the owners can dispose of their accommodation (s).

Cancellation and refund conditions are likely to be different if the reservation was made on reservation platforms such as Booking, Airbnb and Expedia, etc.
