Family home completely renovated in 2023. Its spaces invite you to relax in a warm and modern setting. This 75 m² cottage is ideally located in the Alsatian vineyard, 2 km from the motorway and 200 meters from the Alsace Wine Route.
2 entrances, one with disabled access.
2 equipped bedrooms. The first with a 160 double bed and the second with a 140 double bed as well as a desk, a television and a closet each.
The living room has a wood stove that complements the underfloor heating, a kitchen equipped with a high table, a central table for a convivial lunch, a sofa bed and a television. This room will lead you to the outdoor courtyard, on the same level without vis-à-vis, with a relaxation area.

"Super sejour"
Super séjour dans un cadre très agréable
Gîte restauré avec soin et passion matériaux choisi détail tout est très bien pensé et très joli et chaleureux
Calme et reposant après les marches de Noël aux alentours Colmar et Strasbourg pas très loin ainsi que les villages dans le secteur
Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillant
On reviendra cet été pour découvrir la région

"Séjour gîte le noyer"
Nous avons passé un séjour à 6 dans ce gîte, l’expérience fut très agréable. Le gîte est très propre, avec beaucoup de bois, un beau mobilier, la literie est de bonne qualité et le lieu est calme. L’emplacement est top à environ 20 min des plus grands marché de Noël comme celui de Colmar.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
