Le Mouet gîte is a recently renovated detached house, completely independent, quietly located in a small private housing estate.
1.5 km from the beaches, on the edge of an oak wood.
Owners' house nearby.
You will benefit from a large corner terrace of 33 m² (E/S/W) and a fully enclosed private garden of 560 m² (part of which is shaded).
On the ground floor: living room/lounge of 32 m², separate kitchen of 8 m², separate WC, private parking and closed garage (for bicycles).
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 large bedroom with office area: 160x200 bed, 1 attic bedroom: 2 90x190 beds, 1 small attic bedroom: 2 90x190 beds) and bathroom/WC.
Additional equipment: baby equipment on request (baby travel cot/high chair/booster seat/bathtub/child safety barrier), very high speed Ethernet/WiFi (fiber), electric plancha, Bluetooth speaker and Dolce Gusto drinks machine.

Calme, tranquillité et balades en bord de mer caractérisent ce gîte qui nous donne envie de revenir dès que possible. Nombreuses excursions très intéressantes à proximité.

Arrivée et départ le dimanche nous ont permis d'éviter les bouchons. Maison calme et bien équipée dans un petit lotissement privé. Jardin ombragé. Documentation appréciable mise à disposition. Adresse à retenir. Le tout à un prix très correct.

"Super week-end"
Un week-end prolongé à renouveler ! Entre 2 balades sur la plage nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et le confort de cette maison. Equipement au top et accueil très chaleureux. Le cidre était très bon ;-)

Séjour très agréable au Mouet. Arrivée faite un dimanche ce qui a permis d'éviter les bouchons... un vrai plus!
Gîte confortable, beau jardin en partie planté de grands arbres.
