Ground floor: kitchen / living room, bathroom with wc and Italian shower, master bedroom: 160 bed.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom: 160 bed convertible into 2 x 80.1 mezzanine with single bed of 90, a bathroom with wc and shower cubicle.
